3. How could I get a sample?
We offer samples for quality test or any other business purposes. But we have to receive your payment for samples and the express delivery charge in advance. However, this charge is refundable whenever your first order is confirmed.
4. Loading port?
We ship your ordered goods from Shekou or Yantian port, Shenzhen.
5. What about your quality and warranty?
We have strict quality control system from raw material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. The defective products that are confirmed due to our own mistakes will be replaced and made up for you.
6. What is your regular practice concerning terms of payment?
We accept payment by confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit, or 30% T/T as deposit, the outstanding balance to be paid upon receipt of B/L copy by fax from us.
